packages?
No. In addition to our
pre-packed Premium, Standard and Basic themed party packs, we offer a wide
variety of items sold separately which are listed in each theme and are located
on the theme's product page. If you have a mixture of boys and girls attending
your party you may wish to combine themes, i.e. Spiderman2 partyware with Fairy partyware,
making sure all your party guests feel special.
We also offer
"additional guest" pre-packed party packs, enabling you to customize your party
to fit the exact number of guests attending.
Q2 How much will it cost to ship my order?
We use Australia Post to deliver our
party packs. The actual delivery cost depends on the size and weight of the
order. The delivery charge is automatically calculated at the completion of your
order and you are able to check this before you finalize your order. Based on delivery of a Standard themed
party pack the following is a list of Australia Post’s standard delivery charges

for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site
simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions
asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of
goods.

transit?
If your purchase is damaged in
transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need
to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable
evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for
