Q1 Do you only sell complete party packages?

No. In addition to our pre-packed Premium, Standard and Basic themed party packs, we offer a wide variety of items sold separately which are listed in each theme and are located on the theme's product page. If you have a mixture of boys and girls attending your party you may wish to combine themes, i.e. Spiderman2 partyware with Fairy partyware, making sure all your party guests feel special.

We also offer "additional guest" pre-packed party packs, enabling you to customize your party to fit the exact number of guests attending.

Q2 How much will it cost to ship my order?
We use Australia Post to deliver our party packs. The actual delivery cost depends on the size and weight of the order. The delivery charge is automatically calculated at the completion of your order and you are able to check this before you finalize your order.  Based on delivery of a Standard themed party pack the following is a list of Australia Post’s standard delivery charges around Australia.

Q3 When should I expect to receive my package?
We guarantee that your order will arrive within the time frames listed below from the time we confirm your payment. For example, if paying by credit card, the delivery time is from when you place the order. If paying by cheque, money order, direct deposit, the delivery time is from when the payment is received. The time to process and ship the order is included within each guaranteed time frame.

Q9 Which payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal.  If you'd like to pay by cheque or money order, please mail your order form and payment to Party Flair, PO Box 5473, Mordialloc, 3195, Australia.  We do not accept CODs.

Q10 Which package delivery carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post. Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

Q11 What’s your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

 

Q12 What’s your return policy if goods were damaged in transit?
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.

Party Flair will refund to your credit card or we can post a cheque. Please allow 2 weeks for a refund.
