You can select from our range of wedding ceremony packages or we can create a tailored package to your desires. Our packages include full delivery and installation of your decorations, stand-by time until your ceremony finishes and your guests depart, removal and cleaning of all equipment, furniture and accessories.

Ceremony Coordinator - $700

  • Ensures that all suppliers are prepared on time. (celebrant, decorators, caterers, musicians etc)
  • Arranges bridal car parking
  • Coordinates bridal party at the ceremony
  • Ushers guests
  • Coordinates rings and other ceremony accessories
  • Assisting with post ceremony celebrations (e.g: throwing of rose petals, dove or butterfly releases)

 

Important to note

  • Unrestricted access is required one hour is required for set up, and one hour after your guests depart for pack up and removal of rental package. We allow one hour stand-by time.
  • Packages include rental of equipment, furniture, linen and accessories. If you wish to keep any items, please ask. Many couples wish to keep the signing pen for example.
